TrimRay Development, LLC is a personal care home in a private residence that provides personal care services, assistance, and supervision to four or more persons. Personal care homes offer a smaller, more intimate setting, ideal for persons who might not do well with the larger assisted living facilities. We provide meals, laundry, housekeeping, medication supervision, substance abuse counseling, Christian counseling, assistance with activities of daily living, and activity programs. Each resident has a personal care plan and health care needs are aligned with their individualized care plan.
Tri-Flexsi Home Health Care provides all medical services to each resident as needed for them to thrive in the home. Each resident is housed for as long as they need the service and given the tools they need to mainstream back into society independently.
